No this is not a play event

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothes that are suitable for moving around in and physical activity. Think yoga/Pilates class as a guide.

Models - you may wish to opt for tighter fitting clothes to help reduce possibility of getting caught up in the rope. We also advise to bring something to keep warm, such as a jumper or blanket, as models can get cold.

3

Do I have to come with a partner?

You do not need to come with a partner. We welcome single participants to all our events.

Where we have multiple singles, we will invite you to group up for the workshop, although Merin and Leo can act as your partner through the workshop if grouping is not feasible.

4

Do I need my own rope?

You do not need your own rope. We provide ample class rope to ensure everyone has what they need to participate.

We use Softline as our class rope, which is a synthetic alternative to natural rope. This allows us to clean and sterilise the rope between classes.

5

I've never done rope before

No problem! Welcome to the world of rope! â€‹

Our events cater to participants of all levels and abilities. So whether you tie all the time, or only ever tie your shoelaces, we will make sure you get the most out of your event.

Will there be suspension?
